Production and Shipping Times

• Shipping is free for France (Metropole)
• Delivery for prints is possible for all countries in Europe.
• Delivery for rigid prints (frames...) is only possible for Europe.
• Outside France, shipping charges will be applied.

Production times

There are 2 scenarios, depending on the product you purchased :

• If you buy an Art print without finish : The parcels are usually sent within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment, plus the usual delivery time (48 to 72h for France).
• If you purchase a product with a Dibond, Plexi or American Caisse finish, the delivery time is 12 business days maximum, plus the usual delivery time (48 to 72h for France). Indeed, the delivery time is more important, because an intermediate supplier is solicited.

Packaging

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but a special care is taken to protect the prints :

The prints are packed in tissue paper to prevent scratches, and a plastic film to prevent moisture.
Then the prints are placed flat in a reinforced box, or in a cardboard tube (depending on the size and the quantity of prints).

The delivery (Outside of Metropolitan France)

• Normal Shipping: Packages are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
• Urgent shipment: If the request is made, parcels can also be dispatched via Chronopost 12h or 24h, and handed against signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it incurs additional costs.
• Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

IMPORTANT: Be careful, if the package is damaged, you must refuse it for return to the laboratory. I will replace it.
